Nidal Abou-Ltaif, President of Avaya Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa

Avaya has announced its continued support for Algeria’s digital transformation, working closely with private and public-sector customers across the country to deliver innovative engagement solutions that help them achieve their digital goals.

With organisations globally facing challenges to evolve digitally and move agilely in today’s competitive markets, decision makers in Algeria are increasingly putting digital transformation and customer engagement at the top of their agendas. Avaya has active partnerships with leading systems integrators in the country, with more than 10,000 sites collaborating with Avaya engagement solutions, Nidal Abou-Ltaif, President of Avaya Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa, told delegates at an exclusive industry event, Experience Avaya Algeria.

Avaya has successfully transitioned to a software-and-services led organisation, with approximately three-quarters of revenue coming from these areas, Abou-Ltaif told the audience of customers, partners and industry decision-makers. Avaya’s innovative communications solutions are helping organisations in Algeria increase operational efficiency, enhance team engagement and deliver superior customer experiences, Abou-Ltaif said.

In March, Avaya announced a strategic partnership with Icosnet to jointly provide unified communications technologies from a cloud platform in Algeria. Based on Avaya Aura™ and Avaya Equinox™, the UC cloud-based services offered by Icosnet provide streamlined, mobile-first communications that are less complex than many legacy systems.

“We have made a commitment to the Algerian market and we continue to support Algeria by working closely with local partners and by making ourselves relevant to businesses here in the country. In this age of intelligence, businesses need to embrace digital disruption and stay ahead of the digital transformation curve. We are helping enterprises of all sizes – from SMBs to the largest oil & gas providers – to benefit from the latest communications solutions.” Nidal Abou-Ltaif, President of Avaya Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa.
