Digital innovation across Africa is set to be recognised during Lynchpin Media’s prestigious awards event tomorrow night (May 2).
The Intelligent ICT Awards Africa takes place at Katy’s Palace Bar in Johannesburg and will showcase IT success stories from across the continent, with CIOs, CISOs, data centre teams, channel chiefs and business leaders all set to be recognised.
The awards, sponsored by Open Access Data Centres, TP-Link, Netcore Cloud and Africa Data Centres, feature six categories that celebrate the achievements of both end-users and vendors.
Winners have been selected by an independent jury panel, made up of Fredrick Endeki, Head Information Communication Technology leader, Kenya Medical Training College; Wabo Majava, Executive Strategy and Business Operations – Africa Data Centres and Nikki Blake, Head of Sales and Marketing for Africa at Bergvik Group.
Jodie Harris, Events Manager with Lynchpin Media and organiser of the Intelligent ICT Awards Africa, said: “We’re excited to welcome our shortlisted nominees to Katy’s Palace for an evening of networking and celebration. We received almost 150 nominations and our jury panel had difficult decisions when deliberating over the submissions.
“We can’t wait to meet our finalists and honour their achievements.”
The Intelligent ICT Awards will bring the regional ICT community together in a relaxed environment for a fun evening of celebration, networking and recognition.
