At the Huawei Cloud Go-Global Summit 2025, Huawei Cloud joined hands with over 30 strategic partners to unveil a suite of go-global solutions, spanning universal and bespoke offerings for finance, automotive, retail, and internet industries.
The Summit, held in Chongqing, China from March 24-25, gathered over 1,000 business and industry leaders, to explore the latest trends and untapped opportunities driving enterprise globalisation. The purpose of the summit was to support more Chinese companies to develop their businesses overseas.

Jacqueline Shi, President of Huawei Cloud’s Global Marketing and Sales Service, emphasised that in today’s digital and intelligent economies, Chinese businesses must pivot from solo expansion to collaborative growth, defining and driving the future of the new economy. On the world stage, Chinese companies must develop and refine their own systems and platforms, continuously integrating their expertise into these frameworks. With three decades of expertise under its belt, Huawei is uniquely positioned to guide customers and partners through the complexities of global expansion. Shi also emphasised the transformative potential of AI for both traditional and emerging industries. Traditional industries can leverage AI to enhance competitiveness and productivity, while emerging industries can disrupt conventional paradigms.
Renowned business consultant Liu Run, founder of Run2Me Management Consulting, delivered a keynote speech “From Made in China to Made by Chinese”. He pointed out that digital transformation is now the linchpin of success for tomorrow’s multinational enterprises, driving their competitive edge forward. As globalisation unfolds, businesses must adapt by localising their operations in each country, navigating from international expansion to local market penetration, and shifting from intermediary roles to providing direct services that cater to unique regional needs.
Robust solutions launch with 30+ partners
At this summit, Huawei Cloud unveiled a range of go-global solutions with over 30 of its partners. One such solution was an enhanced version of Huawei Cloud’s Global Business Boosting solution with more integrated AI capabilities. The solution was first announced in 2022, emphasising how it leverages Huawei Cloud’s vast expertise in navigating global markets to simplify enterprise expansion worldwide.
The new capabilities announced include: AI-enhanced security planning and consulting service, AI-enabled cloud meeting, AI Cloud Service (making foundation models accessible by tapping into Huawei Cloud’s computing centers), and Pangu models (allowing businesses to create tailored models and native AI applications with ease).
Speaking at the summit, William Dong, President of Huawei Cloud Marketing, highlighted that Global Business Boosting caters to the lifecycle of globalisation, spanning consulting and planning, cloud acceleration, cloud innovation, and ecosystem growth, thereby offering a holistic suite of products, technologies, services, and expertise for businesses. Dong stressed that “Huawei Cloud has established an all-round global ecosystem. In the future, we aspire for more outstanding enterprises to join us. Together, we build a thriving ecosystem, and we share success.”
Partners share how Huawei Cloud has supported their growth
Huawei Cloud collaborates with global partners to develop industry-tailored go-global solutions. In automotive, for example, factories can now connect to the cloud through CloudPond’s distributed deployment, boosting an ultra-low latency of under 5 ms. With KooVerse, Huawei Cloud’s extensive global infrastructure, an IoV platform can be deployed across borders in just a month. For the media and entertainment businesses, Huawei Cloud offers Low Latency Live (LLL) that features a latency under 500 ms with zero frame freezing for seamless HD video playback. The cloud native serverless architecture ensures maximum scalability, enabling smooth system running against traffic spikes. Intelligent search powered by big data accelerates content monetisation.
Several partners on site at the summit shared their experience working with Huawei Cloud to support their growth. Li Shi, Director of Huawei Cloud Global Sales, stated that many enterprises’ primary objective when venturing abroad is to expand into new markets and build a new growth curve. Huawei Cloud is eager to partner with these businesses to co-explore the vast opportunities presented by the global market.
Bi Xiaocun, Kingsoft Office’s Senior Vice President, said that Huawei Cloud is an essential partner for Kingsoft Office’s global expansion. The AI prowess of their office suite, WPS, is bolstered by its integration with cutting-edge Huawei Cloud technologies, including robust databases and advanced big data services. Moreover, informed decisions on critical matters like region selection and risk management rely heavily on the localised resources and market insights offered by Huawei Cloud.
Wang Xiaofei, Changan Automobile’s Executive Vice President, emphasised the company’s unwavering commitment to collaborative innovation, fostering a global ecosystem through industry partnerships. Changan has forged a strategic partnership with Huawei in going global, leveraging the latter’s cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation in Internet of Vehicles (IoV).
Yang Yunyun, Vice President of MINISO, shared that the company has evolved from a brand selling Chinese-made goods to a global hub for interest-driven consumption, leveraging China’s logistics competency and integrating global resources. By harnessing Huawei Cloud’s AI and big data capabilities, MINISO has seen a 40% increase in consumer-goods matching accuracy, thanks to the integration of user tags and AI-driven algorithms that synthesise sales and consumer behavior insights. Their upgraded data platform streamlines the collection and analysis of store operations data, yielding a substantial 20% boost in report query efficiency. Their big data costs are also slashed by 30% through storage-compute decoupling.
AI is redefining the competitiveness of enterprises going global from multiple dimensions. Yu Youping, President of ZKJ Technology, underlined that AI models have addressed the language barriers, compliance challenges, and channel isolation issues encountered by enterprises when serving global customers. ZKJ Technology has partnered with Huawei Cloud’s ecosystem and local security experts to build a “1+2+3” global contact center, leveraging Instadesk – their flagship go-global service platform – to empower Chinese enterprises to efficiently link up with global clientele. Through this partnership, ZKJ Technology will develop applications leveraging foundation models tailored to specific vertical markets, while also building a worldwide AI service network, all of which harness Huawei Cloud’s global infrastructure and scalable compute resources.
