SugarCRM, provider of the award-winning AI-driven CRM platform, has announced strong Australian customer growth, with an increase of 12% in revenue growth over its most recent fiscal year (January 2021 through to February 2022).
Sugar has also signed a record number of new customers worldwide despite the challenging economic climate.

Additionally, Sugar experienced year-over-year double-digit growth in revenue across all its major markets worldwide.
Jason du Preez, SVP Asia Pacific, SugarCRM, said: “Embedding AI across the Sugar platform is helping Australian organizations transform how work gets done. By removing the busy work from the day-to-day, business leaders instead can focus on strategies that fuel business growth.
“Sugar stays highly committed to bringing the best to our customers in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, we are positive about continued business growth and momentum in the region across key industry sectors. Australian companies are retooling in the rebound from the pandemic to unlock the competitive advantage that a high-definition customer experience can deliver.”
Sugar was recently ranked a ‘leader’ in the Nucleus Research CRM Value Matrix for the second year running due to its high customisation capabilities.
