The Women Lead Initiative, 2019

The Women Lead Initiative is a flagship programme designed to promote senior women executives in leadership roles, through formal mentorship. Powered by HCL Technologies, the programme was pioneered in 2015 to unite a power cohort of successful and influential executive leaders and high potential senior female executives from leading firms across the corporate landscape.

Having already seen the successful implementation of two chapters in Australia in 2015 and then in 2017, HCL are set to launch maiden chapters for the programme in Sweden and in the US this year.
