AND Digital, a UK-founded technology consultancy, announced the opening of a new office, known as a ‘Club’, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The move marks the latest step in the company’s rapid growth, and its first step into mainland Europe.
The new Amsterdam club will enable AND Digital to extend its services across the Netherlands, which focus on helping organisations build better digital products faster while upskilling their own in-house teams at the same time. The firm is expected to recruit an initial 50 digital and technology experts for its new Amsterdam office. This will grow to a further 400+ over the next three to five years, with a focus on software engineers, analysts and digital product specialists, as AND Digital prioritises plans to expand across the Benelux region.
AND Digital is built upon a decentralised network of clubs, each comprising 80-100 people. While clubs are largely autonomous – allowing them to respond quickly to client needs across regions – they also share a common set of values, culture and operating playbook. This allows the company to combine the best of start-up culture with big company resources. Appointed to lead the new office is Jeroen Kleinhoven, former Global Head of Digital Products at Evalueserve Inc, who brings a wealth of knowledge and an impressive network to the company. His regional expertise and deep understanding of the tech space puts him in a strong position to lead the team as it grows in the region.
