ActiveCampaign, a leader in customer experience automation (CXA), is investing in the development of Brazilian businesses with product innovation, customer support and new hires.
The company has grown organically in the region by offering CXA services to Brazil’s businesses, and will now make strategic investments to propel future growth in the country and into the rest of Latin America, following a US$240 million Series C.
By investing further, ActiveCampaign will fulfil its Customer Success Commitment. It has helped local businesses of all sizes to achieve their company growth, such as Desmistificando o Direito.
“The results of using ActiveCampaign have been beyond what I expected,” said Tiago Albuquerque, Founder of Desmistificando. “I had a significant increase in email opens and sales. Since implementing predictive sending, we’ve nearly doubled our open rate and have had an 18% increase in sales.”
To execute its plan, the company has hired mechatronic engineer, Tatiana Piloto, as Regional Vice President, Latin America. She has more than 18 years of international experience in the technology sector, serving in leadership positions at some of the largest companies like Salesforce and Zendesk. Piloto, who is Brazilian, will continue ActiveCampaign’s success in Brazil and carry it through to the broader Latin America region.
