Convergent Business Support System (BSS) from SUMA Movil launched in Colombia

SUMA Movil has launched Convergent Business Support System (BSS) in the Colombian market.

Colombian ISPs and cable operators are now able to have a concurrent business system that will allow them, autonomously and independently, to operate their fiber and TV businesses, package their own triple and quadruple-play service offerings, unify billing and easily incorporate other new services in the future, such as telephony, energy and security.

In addition, it will allow them to integrate with third parties, such as payment gateways and have a complete CRM for managing their customers under the same platform, allowing them to use their computer resources more efficiently and profitably, as well as reduce their IT management costs and increase the speed of implementing their services.

SUMA Movil convergent Business Support System (BSS) is a modular solution that allows operators to have their business system fully integrated with the operation of their fiber and TV service or to integrate only with those service modules that enable them to complement and strengthen the system they already have deployed.
