AIVF expands launching the first AI-Powered IVF solution at the Perfetto Clinic in Goiânia, Brazil

AIVF has launched the first Artificial Intelligence-powered IVF operating system at the Perfetto Clinic, a multidisciplinary fertility clinic in Goiânia, Brazil.

The company’s expansion into Brazil is a significant step towards meeting the rising demand for assisted reproductive technologies in the country. Between 2013 and 2019, registered clinics in Brazil saw a 63% increase, while the number of frozen embryos tripled.

EMA by AIVF is an exclusive Artificial Intelligence-powered operating system designed to enhance clinical decision-making, streamline clinic operations, and improve communication between clinics and patients. Developed on extensive and varied databases from prominent institutions in the US, Europe and Asia, its Deep Learning AI models are state-of-the-art.

Dr. Luiz Augusto Batista, Owner of Perfetto Clinic, said: “We are thrilled to be the first clinic in Latin America to deploy EMA by AIVF. A data-driven approach is essential to the management of IVF clinics and laboratories. AIVF’s advanced technology will enhance our clinic’s operational efficiency and, most importantly, improve our capacity to offer personalised IVF for our patients.”

EMA not only improves workflow efficiency in IVF labs but also offers a more accurate embryo evaluation module. It has a 38% higher level of accuracy compared to assessments made by an embryologist alone. Additionally, embryos with high EMA scores show a 70% likelihood of successful pregnancy.
