Aria Billing Cloud will support Gtd business and residential subscribers throughout LATAM

Chilean multinational will implement Aria and Salesforce’s pre-integrated solutions as part of the digital transformation of back-office technology systems.

Aria Systems, a leader in empowering businesses to accelerate subscriber and consumption-based revenue growth, has announced that Gtd, a Chilean multinational provider of technology and telecommunications services to businesses and end consumers throughout LATAM, has chosen Aria Billing Cloud to upgrade its billing and subscriber management capabilities in the transformation process of their back-office technology systems.

Gtd will implement Aria and Salesforce’s pre-integrated concept-to-care solution, known as the Aria and Salesforce’s pre-integrated concept-to-care solution – which spans from initial concept development to continuous customer service, through a multi-phase rollout starting with consumer subscribers in Chile.

Gtd joins ENet, EXA, Liberty Latin America, M1 and REV to become part of a growing and varied group of global Communications Services Providers (CSPs) to enhance their billing systems by incorporating Aria’s public cloud platform integrated with Salesforce.

“We explored several billing service providers and other alternatives available in the market, but ultimately selected Aria Billing Cloud to provide this service,” said Alex Pineda, Corporate Systems Manager, Gtd.

“Aria’s integration with Salesforce, its telco-quality SaaS platform, ease of implementation and proven track record in the telecommunications sector, will provide us with better and more modern billing capabilities for our residential customers in just a few months.”

Gtd is an international technology and telecommunications company serving business and residential customers in seven countries in Latin America and Europe. The CSP selected Aria, in part, to increase efficiency in managing its own billing system, which required the constant intervention of an external professional service whenever they had to make changes.

Once the accelerated deployment is complete, Gtd will leverage the flexibility and agility of Aria Billing Cloud for billing, pricing and collection management.

“Communication service providers, in their desire to expand beyond basic voice and data connectivity services, need a scalable billing system that can handle complex subscription models and integrates seamlessly into an advanced back-office environment,” said Tom Dibble, President and CEO, Aria Systems. “The cloud-based and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) nature of Aria Billing Cloud, coupled with our alliance and pre-integration with Salesforce, enables any CSP to quickly and efficiently acquire the advanced billing capabilities that are essential to launch new digital services and deliver exceptional experiences to both business and residential subscribers.”
