Digital services company Improving has acquired Leniolabs – a software development company leveraging nearshore talent in Chile and Argentina.
The transaction is expected to increase Improving’s annualized revenue to exceed $265 million and expand the company’s development services into South America.
The Lenio leadership team will continue to manage and grow the business – with the added advantage of diverse services available through Improving’s extensive portfolio.

Leniolabs service offerings include engineering, innovation and design for a variety of software projects across North America and Europe.
Leniolabs experience is heavily based on data, backend, and frontend solutions – with a focus on AI projects leveraging data visualization.
