Alorica receives Great Place to Work certification in all LATAM and Caribbean countries where it operates

Alorica is celebrating Great Place to Work certification in all nine Latin American and Caribbean countries where it operates.

This recognition, based on employee feedback on key areas such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie, includes for the first time Jamaica, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic and Paraguay – Alorica’s most recent operation, inaugurated in 2024 – in its list of certified countries.

In addition, the fourth consecutive recognition for Alorica in Guatemala, the second for Colombia, Honduras, Mexico and Panama stands out.

“Our people are the essence of Alorica’s culture and performance,” said Jose Ramirez, President of Alorica Latin America and the Caribbean.

“This regional certification reflects the support system we have fostered as a unified team of 21,000 employees in nine countries and it is this foundation that fuels our continued progress and positive impact.”

In 2024, Alorica reached important milestones in LATAM and the Caribbean.

The company expanded its regional footprint with the launch of its operations in Paraguay, where it now employs more than 600 team members.

In addition, its workforce grew by nearly 3,500 agents, achieving a 15% increase over the previous year.

Alorica also prioritized career development, promoting more than 1,000 employees and filling 89% of its leadership positions with internal talent.

Reflecting its strong focus on employee satisfaction, the company achieved an impressive 92% in the eNPS score – far exceeding industry standards.
