Sinch has announced its plan to deliver a Digital Transformation project for Beyond ONE in the rapidly expanding Latin American market. Beyond ONE, a digital services provider with operations under the Virgin Mobile brand in Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, and Friendi Mobile in the GCC, boasts a subscriber base of 5.5 million.
This new initiative will see Sinch enhance Beyond ONE’s digital infrastructure, aiming to improve customer experiences. Sinch’s strategy involves offering online charging for voice, data and both current and future digital services, significantly boosting Beyond ONE’s offerings in Latin America.
Sinch’s cloud communications platform, known for its carrier-grade quality, promises scalable, fast and flexible messaging, along with value-added services, fraud and security, and policy and charging solutions catering to the needs of MNOs. Utilizing its global Super Network, Sinch also supports operators in customer A2P monetization, voice and data verification, data and analytics, and CPaaS solutions over various mobile messaging channels.
