Diligent has opened a new office in Guadalajara, Mexico – building on Diligent’s already established presence in the country to enhance the customer experience and further drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Diligent partnered with Aeries Technology to efficiently open and scale its Guadalajara operation by leveraging Aeries’ market-leading pilot-based advisory, talent acquisition, and scaling services.
To date, Diligent has hired more than 75 people in the region in the areas of customer success, implementation, training, leadership and other positions – with more positions available.
