Prodapt has completed the first phase of expansion of its operations center in Panama to host technology and domain experts working with the largest CSPs in the Americas.
The center continues to hire experts in cloud computing, AI-powered customer service and process optimization and technical support.
Prodapt’s choice of Panama responds to its strategic location, multilingual skills, emerging talent in digital engineering and the favorable business and political environment fostered by the Government of Panama.
Together with the recently announced local hub in Puerto Rico and the Americas Innovation Center in Dallas, Prodapt will further enhance the ability to deliver comprehensive, AI-driven, always-on services to customers.
“The Panama delivery center is among our most strategic operations facilities worldwide,” said Manish Vyas, CEO and CEO, Prodapt.
“Established in 2020 as a nearshore option for US customers, this center has grown exponentially, driven by some of the industry’s best technical talent and remarkable technology capabilities.”
Dr Sumit Seth, Ambassador of India to Panama, said: “Panama offers an unmatched geographic advantage and advanced skills ecosystems so that service providers can better serve the Americas region. The Government of India is constantly working with the Government of Panama to help companies maximize their reach in their target regions. As the first India-based technology and consulting service provider to establish operations and expand in Panama, I am confident that Prodapt will further expand its activity and offer technological differentiation to customers.”
