Christie has appointed Croma Digital as the brand’s new Authorized Service Center in Mexico. Croma Digital has been a partner of Christie since 2015, marketing the brand’s projection solutions, especially for Rental projects.
In its new role, Croma Digital will offer technical support mainly to the entire range of Christie’s 1DLP and 3DLP projectors for the Pro AV market and will maintain a significant stock of parts and spare parts, streamlining after-sales service and the marketing of spare parts.
Carlos Rendón, CEO of Croma Digital, said: “We will become a key technical support to ensure that our customers’ investment is backed with a high-quality local service, providing confidence to the brand’s users.”
Israel Diaz, Sales Manager of Christie’s Enterprise division in Mexico, said: “We are very happy to strengthen our ties with Croma Digital. Its new role as an Authorized Service Center will allow us to have a strategic partner that will contribute to further improving the excellent support we want to provide to our customers in the country.”
In addition, Christie and Croma Digital have signed an exclusivity agreement for the commercialization in Mexico of Christie’s Griffyn Series projectors. This range features 3DLP technology, RGB pure laser lighting and 4K resolution (4096 x 2160) and includes two models of 36500 and 50000 lumens.
Rendón said: “At Croma Digital we will use this equipment – and we will incorporate it to boost both its sale and its rent.”
