Royal Dental Center in Kuwait has gone completely paperless using PROMED - Clinical Management System

Royal Dental Center (RDC) has gone completely paperless using PROMED – Clinical Management System.

RDC’s successful partnership with software provider PROACT United has made the dental centre smart and paperless, saving time, space and stationary.

PROACT United’s PROMED system starts with the call centre and offers patients the ability to book an appointment. This leads to capturing patients’ data from the Civil ID card reader as well as a questionnaire completed on a tablet – with the information going straight to the patient’s profile.

With the help of the doctor’s records, the PROMED software links the medication with the inventory and the receptionist/pharmacy and shows it as a notification.

PROMED’s other services includes inventory, a SMS service, a mobile app and a web based access.

Managed by Shabbir Mala, PROACT United is a global service provider specialising in custom software development for the medical, clinic, accounting, pharmacy and healthcare sectors.

The company also provides web design and development, back office support and services, IT consulting and data processing. Its technical team is led by Zohir Mala.

PROACT offers a range of strategic business solutions. Comprehensive in structure, elaborate in execution, dynamic in style, its service portfolio is designed to provide complete end-to-end solutions for its clients.

RDC has achieved a reputation in the GCC because of the quality of its services, engaging staff and its collaboration with PROMED which has helped them achieve a co-ordinated and systematic running of their clinic.

RDC is a premium dental clinic in Kuwait with branches in Salmiya and Mangaf. It is owned and managed by Dr Ali Ashour, a prominent name in the dental circle.

RDC was established in 2010 and since then has acquired 25,000 clients.
