ServiceNow launches major expansion to Now Assist generative AI portfolio

ServiceNow has launched a major expansion to its Now Assist generative AI portfolio.

These new capabilities are designed to transform experiences and increase productivity.

Available to all customers now, the latest additions include Now Assist in Virtual Agent, flow generation and Now Assist for Field Service Management (FSM). These solutions enhance ServiceNow’s practical generative AI applications, aiding customers in transforming their work processes.

According to Gartner, between 2023 and 2027, US$3 trillion will be spent on AI, with GenAI accounting for 36% of total AI spending.
