Describe the expectations and pain points of your end customers?

Yango Tech’s retail partners face significant challenges in establishing and scaling their online operations, often losing market share to major marketplaces. Common pain points include suboptimal user experiences, high rates of out-of-stock items, and long or unpredictable delivery times. These issues not only hinder growth but also compromise customer loyalty and satisfaction.

To address these concerns, Yango Tech has developed an integrated software solution tailored to solve retailers’ critical challenges. By leveraging AI-driven tools, the company helps retailers personalise customer interactions, improve inventory accuracy, and streamline delivery management.

AI-driven solutions and integrated software ecosystems are game-changers for Yango Tech’s customers, particularly in areas like personalisation, inventory management, and delivery optimisation. Yango Tech leverages machine learning to predict and personalise customer needs, manage stock in real-time, and coordinate delivery logistics seamlessly.

Additionally, Yango Tech is working toward AI co-pilots designed specifically for large retail chains, enabling them to optimise operations at an unprecedented scale and anticipate market needs with precision.

Educating partners on the tangible benefits and cost efficiencies of Yango Tech’s technology solutions is key.

By adopting a consultative approach and demonstrating practical results, such a channel partner can solidify trust, helping retailers navigate and optimise digital transformation efforts.
