The GITEX Technology Week 2015 Student Lab competition judged projects of the finalists today, sponsored by UAE Ministry of Presidential Affairs and in association with Google for Work.
Student Lab is an innovative ICT competition that aims to recognise and promote tomorrow’s technology leaders. The winner will receive AED 30,000, the runner-up will receive AED 20,000, and third place will receive AED 10,000.
Finalists hail from universities in Bahrain, India, Nigeria, Palestine, and the UAE for projects such as smart traffic, education, healthcare, energy management, and document verification.
