Stephen Stryker takes over 25 years of experience in leading technology organizations within the alternative asset industry to his appointment as DigitalBridge CIO.
Stryker succeeds Mark Serwinowski, who will be retiring.
With a depth of knowledge and expertise in technology infrastructure and Digital Transformation, Stryker will oversee the company’s Information Technology strategy, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, software engineering and data management to enhance operational efficiency and support global expansion plans.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr Stryker held the position of Senior Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at Värde Partners, a $14 billion AUM credit hedge fund where he was responsible for the development and implementation of technology strategy and execution.
Prior to Värde, Mr Stryker was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s financial services organization, specializing in wealth and asset management advisory services.
Prior to his role at Ernst & Young, Mr Stryker was part of The Carlyle Group for 15 years, where he established and led the Enterprise Architecture, Investor and Investment Solutions, Program Management Office, and Data Engineering teams for the Information Technology organization.
