Spinnaker sees double digit growth as enterprises take control of vendor support investments

Spinnaker has posted double digit growth across North America in 2023 and signed a raft of new customers in the US and Canada.

JD Edwards and Salesforce vendor support part of the business has also seen growth this year.

Spinnaker sees such growth as down to demand amongst enterprises looking for alternative options to maintenance support and current customers expanding their IT support and managed services requirements.

In the last 12 months, Spinnaker has signed multiple customers in the US and Canada including Indigo, Archer-Daniels, and ETS, saving them an average of 50% off their annual software support costs or managed services.

The company is poised for further growth across its managed services division too.

Recently, Spinnaker announced a significant update to its services portfolio in response to growing customer demand, aiming to offer enterprises greater control over their software support and managed services strategies.

Rich Hussey, Vice President, Sales, Americas said: “The investments we are making in Marketing, our partner channel and the expansion of our go-to-market teams have and continue to make a positive impact.

“Our customers continue to evaluate third-party support solutions that deliver premium services that are cost effective and lower risk are always preferred.

“Looking ahead, we believe our SAP expertise will create additional growth opportunities – SAP is a sleeping giant in the US and we are in a great position to capitalize on this.”
