Allstacks raises $10m Series A to give software engineering teams a strategic voice in the boardroom

Allstacks has raised $10m in Series A funding to empower engineering and product teams with the data they need to demonstrate the impact of software development across their businesses.

The round, which takes Allstacks’ total funding to $25m, was led by Quadri Ventures, a leading global investor in enterprise B2B software companies, alongside M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund and First Rays, who join existing investors including Companyon Ventures, Clutch VC, S3 Ventures, Tweener Fund, CreativeCo and Hyperplane.

Allstacks will work with Microsoft globally through their portfolio development program to help enterprises track the efficiency, and ultimately the ROI, of implementing Microsoft Copilot in their engineering teams.

By aggregating historical data gathered from common development tools, Allstacks informs engineers and cross-functional leaders of the business’ changing software development timelines and dependencies.

Chris James, Managing Partner, Quadri Ventures, said: “Allstacks is pioneering a new level of innovation in the software engineering intelligence market, and we are excited to support them in setting new standards for the industry. Gartner predicts that enterprise spending on software engineering intelligence will experience a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) increase of 140% over the next three years as businesses realize the importance of understanding how they expend their resources. Harnessing the power of the cloud and AI at the forefront of this exciting growth trend, Allstacks are the ideal company for us to partner with and support in the next phase of their rapid growth journey.”

Todd Graham, Managing Partner, M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund, said:  “At M12, we invest in visionary companies transforming industries, and Allstacks exemplifies this. By providing a single source of truth for software engineering teams, Allstacks enhances project health, aligns with business strategy and drives transparency and accountability in development. Their innovative use of advanced analytics and machine learning sets them apart – we’re excited to support their mission to revolutionize software project management.”
